Design Services:
Brief:
- Prepare and develop a brief, advise on feasibility of client’s requirements.
- Advise on the need to appoint other consultants and specialists.
Proposals:
- Prepare alternative design ideas.
- Meet with client and agree the outline scheme.
- Prepare scheme drawings.
- Make Planning Application, if required, and/or make application for Certificate of Lawful Development and Listed Building Consent.
Detailed drawings:
- Prepare detailed drawings in conjunction with Structural Engineer.
- Make application under Building Regulations.
Specification of the works:
- Prepare Specification of Works and Construction drawings.
